So the coach doesn't need to be a volleyball tactics master? Awesome. I'll have her be the assistant gym teacher/gym teacher's assistant or something. Someone who knows about fitness and general sports stuff, and can put together a training schedule/act like a teacher and coach but trusts the 'how to win at volleyball' knowledge to the captain. Does that sound good?
