Being a full time spacer, he's pretty malnourished, surviving primarily on canned non-perishables and occassional stops for fast foods on whatever planet or moon he happens to be unloading at. He has long hair, constantly tied back into a ponytail, and a short beard. Because of a mutation that came from exposure to radiation, Solomon actually has light blue eyes that let him see in the dark. Soloman wears a worn military parka lined in sheepskin, as well as insulated pants lined with fleece and covered in vinyl, fur lined boots, a warm bomber hat and a pair of goggles. Spacers can only afford to keep their ships warm enough to keep them alive, so the ships are often still very cold in the expance of space. Bio: Solomon Li was born in New Formosa, a former Chinese colony on Venus under the name Li Xianlang. Xianlang was a poor student with little direction in life. He spent most of his time as a student chasing girls and getting into trouble. Eventually, his family had enough of his behavior and sent him to China on Earth to make something of his life when he was 17. Xianlang studied medicine in China for 4 years before getting bored and dropping without informing his family. It was at that point that Xianlang was drawn to the occupation of Spacing. At this time, near-light speed transport had only just been discovered, and humanity had begun colonizing the solar system about 200 years ago. Most planets had been rendered livable, and colonies began to declare independence. However, trade between these planets was vital, and with the political chaos, transporting goods had largely fallen on the shoulders of independent Spacers. Xianlang was able to purchase a small cargo ship and take to the stars. Taking up the Spacer Creole name Solomon, he ran small shipments between Earth and the Moon, eventually finding work traveing from Mars to colonies on the Jovian Moons. However, things came to a horrible turn when the Spacer Wars broke out, with several nations across the Solar System going to war with each other, and many Spacers being pulled into an involuntary war. At this time, Solomon was shot down by a Martian maurauder who disabled his radiation shields, exposing him to a brief moment of cosmic radiation and crashing him on the penal colony of Ceres. The exposure left him mutated slightly, allowing Solomon to survive on the dangerous world, and to return to trading. Powers/Abilities:
Night Vision - Solomon is able to see in low light enviroments as he would in regular areas Increased Strength - Solomon's muscles were affected by the mutation, giving him superhuman strength Increased Reflexes - Solomon's reaction time is significantly faster, allowing him to avoid hazards and respond better in a gunfight
Weaknesses: Solomon is, in spite of his mutations, still human. Most things that will kill a person will end him. Solomon loves his drink and women, and can be a little bit too gregarious for his own good. He's notorious for his womanising, something that's likely to come back and bite him in the ass one day. He can be a stubbourn jackass at times, and is headstrong to a fault. He also has a love for cheap, unhealthy foods. Cherry Colas are his favorite Other - In addition to Chinese and English, Solomon speaks a language called Spacer Creole. A Spanish-Based Creole with significant input from English, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic and French.
