Getting a man's attention has never really been on her mind. Well it has. For her sisters so she can finally break free and have something to do other than constantly being on the look out for them. She has dealt with few good men in her life, her father being one of them. She knows how society is, so she has known the "shame" of her mother for sometime. Not that people in the ton look down on Milli's step mother - she is just like the rest. It's the shame she feels because of her. She feels tainted by Mrs. Wyndham's actions, especially the way her step mother deals with people like Fryor or Gerard.
