Well, he seems determined from the backstory I read. I tried basing the ranks around old WW2-style military ranks, and since I'm getting a vibe that Henry can show himself to be capable, I'm sure he could be an officer or something. Maybe a Colonel or Captain, but it's all up to you in the end.
