[@olcharlieboi] [@kidjab] again, sorry if the input is unwanted, but to do with when we start maybe it's a good idea to think of how many characters we want in a class and start when we have one full class? They don't have to be as big as they are in the anime, we could after all choose to be set several or a dozen or so years in the past or future where they either have more smaller classes or just less students. Then maybe new people could join the rp by the introduction of other classes to the story?  Or is there already a plan in place for the conditions to start rping? :)
