[@Fabricant451] Pre-Timeskip. I don't need to elaborate on the power levels, part 1 power levels where Kakashi is top dog.

We're basically gonna start right after the graduation then deal with respective P.O.Vs aka missions such as Bell Test for Team 7 etc.

Power levels,I hate to discuss it but I made it clear on set of my check that we're not gonna have chakra nukes.

Here's how my list goes:

[hider=Power Levels Prior Chuunin Exam]Neji- I place Neji as the strongest because I believe he is portrayed as the strongest during the part 1 stages, his skill in Byakugan is unsurpassed as well as Taijutsu.
Lee- He is only stronger than Neji with gates but that's a one time move so he is the same: weaker than Neji like in Part 1. Lee is clearly faster than Sasuke and better at taijutsu.
Sasuke- nuff said. He deserves being the 3rd strongest rookie, I would have said a close 2nd because he is smarter than Lee.
Shino- cuz bug no jutsu.
Naruto- meat head. shadow clones.
Shikamaru- He can beat Naruto cuz smarts but he lacks firepower.
Chouji- minus the pills.
Kiba- cuz doggy style.
Ten Ten- Weapon spam.
Hinata > Ino =>Sakura.


TAKE NOTE: This is the official power levels prior Chuunin Exams. This is debatable though but I think I made it reasonable. Naruto is barely gonna have plot armor here, I aim for realistic fights. I'll be honest, Sakura is so useless in Part 1.
