I do have a principal concern, though. How the hell did [i]Minato[/i] let the Uchiha Massacre go down? I can see why Sarutobi Hiruzen did, given the events that led up things and the balance of power of Konohagakure of the time, but I do not see Minato accepting what occured. How many variables have you actually looked into per alternate events? Wouldn’t it be a more interesting event to have the Uchiha Massacare not happen and have the predisposed Uciha Revolt occur in-game? A internal Civil War could be very interesting.

Also, I feel like deeming Tenten as more skilled at the time of Naruto's graduation from the academy a no-brainer. Her team is older than the graduates of that year and thus have actual missions under their belt.
