He's asking you becaue you are the GM. He's also asking you to violate one of the most common rules, in RPing.

[@mattmanganon] He never once admitted to comitting terrorism. He admitted to murdering a terrorist and his private military going to war with a terrorist organization, which is asolutely no different than the USA using a private military company to fight terrorists. As for terroristic threats, if they choose to view it that way, that is their perogative, they are also the kind of people to agree to turning a Republic into an Empire with thunderous applause, so their opinion is not that valuable.

Also if have such a problem with how I handle my characters then send your own characters after them.
