A mysterious woman that was a former member of the Founding Family. She is fairly average heighted, and has blonde hair, and blue eyes, with her hair in a pony-tail. She has a sharp, secretary, vibe around her when professional - wearing suits with skirts, and glasses. When casual, she'll wear just about anything. She is cold, and mysterious, and doesn't let a lot of people know about her. Whether it's shame about her past, or something else, is up for debate. What is known that she is rallying people against the apparent Founding Family remnants. But, she is having a hard time as it's difficult to get people to trust her.

[b]Description:[/b]
A fit member of DOVE (who joined after being turned down a few times) that is a high ranking member of the organization. The woman that manages the many DOVE protection programs. Making sure that at risk Metahumans (especially Metahuman children who were exploited) are safe. At least, that's what they put on her job description. In actuality, Olivia was one of the many DOVEs that were in bed with the Founding Family, and took checks to reveal Metahumans that would be useful to them. She, like very few, was spared from the backlash, and instead does the job she was paid to. Afraid her life will come crashing down.

[i]Weather Manipulation.[/i]
Olivia has the ability to summon weather effects such as snow, lightning, wind, hail, and focus them into attacks and whatnot. It isn't manipulating elements such as some elemental types, but she can do some damage.
