[b][u]Non Non Biyori[/u][/b]

A funny character spews funny catch phrases, with childish behavior while playing the recorder. Anything else that happens is just filler for more recorder-filled, nyanpasu-like fun. 

Alternatively, you can just use this as a substitute for the entire plot and it'd still make sense:
