Enough characters to run at least one tank... two at the bare minimum (one driver and a poor girl doing the commanding, servicing of main armament and communicating on the radio)...

And every tank is still available because deciding which tank goes to whom happens in IC interactions... Clock's stated the twins are bound for the Renault, though no guarantees, your characters might just win them out on getting the WWI veteran...

Also do note that if you do post in the IC now it would be on the day after the intro post after Club captain Aki and her friends have rendered every tank's engine and transmission operable... So expect your characters to find the garage littered with four grease covered ladies...
