It doesn't really combo with other perks except for Blood Magic due to only activating at critical situations or emergencies. I kept it as a stand-alone perk, myself.

Another RP I'm in has a channel, and after seeing it in action I don't see a practical use for it that couldn't be done in OOC. The activity's also dropped since the initial boom.
