[@GamerXZ] Well. At the point of picking perks, you already know what other things your character has. You should be able to imagine how you want your character to act and perform, who your character maybe is and such things. After having thought of that, it's just a matter of figuring out which perks would benefit the character you've imagined. Yupp.
