see, i've read that plenty of times before to remind myself, but when the entire rule is chalked down to some simple catchphrase, it ends up becoming incredibly vague and forgettable. and when "fonz-cool" is basically the only rule ever mentioned by mods or users, it also becomes easy to forget the other fundamental rules.
