Why hello!

I'd love to join your RP if there is still room? 
I've been away from RPing for a little while, hopefully I'm not too rusty. Have to say, I rather like the idea of rolling for the characteristics of our individual nations. Keeps folks somewhat balanced or even-keeled in my humble opinion.

So... after having read your post on joining, do I make a name for my nation first? Or do you make some rolls, and I figure out what kind of a shape I want this thing to have going off of that?

If it's just the rolls, let's have at it!
