So Zak will pretty much fuck any female if they're humanoid and attractive, regardless of species. He's a big flirt and a charmer when not fighting. It's probably one of his only weaknesses....other than killing him that is. However his luck with women usually turns bad one way or another. Hence his aversion to harpies or any predominantly female species. 

Beast isn't capable of sex...unless he's hacked into and someone programs a sex machine mode into his combat modes...which I'd rather not think about.
