Alright, the time has come (albeit a... bit late).

I thoroughly enjoyed reading all of your character sheets, and I certainly do appreciate the time and effort you all put into making them. Seriously. There's a very diverse set of powers, personalities and backstories - all of which I really do like (which was part of the reason that it took so long to finish deciding - we had a 3 hour discussion about it). 

I do want to stress that the other judges and myself have put a significant amount of thought into this, and our decision came from several different factors. If you're curious of said factors, shoot me a PM and I'll gladly explain.
