Asahi Goroshi
Asahi spent much of his early morning doing the same thing he was doing last night: maintenance on the Guardian. While he didn't score highest Asahi felt rather proud of his scores during the first exam. Sure, some of the others looked down on him because he did t rely solely on his quirk. But most of those people also didn't pass the exam while he did; just goes to show it's not about the quirk, but how you use your abilities. Asahi's just happened to be his mechanics. It helped that during the exam he spent more time hijacking the robots to fight each other rather than doing much fighting himself. He wished he could have brought a few of those bits back home to mod the Guardian, but alas he could not. But it was a good learning experience, and between fighting for his life and occasionally helping out a fellow hero, Asahi gained a lot of insight about the school's machines. Soon an alarm rang which told Asahi that it was almost time for school. He went to the kitchen to make breakfast for himself and his mother. While his quirk doesn't require Asahi to eat, he enjoys the taste nonetheless. Can't go wrong with French toast and bacon. His mother was up by the time Asahi finished the toast and ate sleepily. "So today is your first day of school?" "Yeah." "Be careful okay? I know that you're doing dangerous things but don't take too many risks. Make friends so they can help you." "Of course." "And don't forget to eat too. You need to be able to take a break from your work so you can let your body rest. You might not need to eat or sleep but even your body will break down ifbit doesn't get to relax." "I know." Asahi's mother, like any mother, worried and nagged her child. It did annoy Asahi but he kept his thoughts to himself. Of course she'd be worried about him. Not just his safety, but his goals too. Asahi had made it no secret that he is going to this school to improve the Guardian and become stronger. Whether or not he'll be a hero or not was still up in the air. Sure, he risked his neck saving some students during the exam, but that was out of pragmatism. He knew that helping them out would make them owe him a favor, and he didn't risk himself in anything he wasn't certain the Guardian One couldn't handle. As far as heroics goes Asahi does want to be a hero, however what a hero is can be... Subjective. Admittedly Asahi doesn't entirely agree to how the heroes nowadays operates. Namely when it comes to killing; he finds it to be pointlessly more difficult, more so considering that some heroes have Togo all out if they want to stand a chance. And once you go above and beyond your limits, "holding back" is the last thing on one's mind. But these thoughts Asahi kept to himself. No need to complicate things just because of his personal belief. He was almost certain his perspective would change once he starts attending UA proper. What he thought now was just observations and opinions formed without experience or knowledge. With any luck UA will make a proper hero out of the boy yet. So after finishing breakfast, washing dishes, dressing and washing up, Asahi gave his mother a fond farewell and headed to school. The bike ride over was quiet and uneventful. Asahi rode through the entrance without a hitch, thanks to jos student ID. He chained up his bike to the bike rack and headed straight to class. There was still a few students milling about, teachers going about their business, and strange things going on in certain class rooms. Asahi would have stayed and watched but he wanted to get to class first. There he could already hear that a few more students have showed up and were engaged in conversation. He wondered if he should introduce himself. Asahi was quite adamant when he said that he is not a shy person: when prompt he will speak his mind and could even engage in savagery. However he was t exactly social; if people didn't talk to him then he would talk to people. His mother really wants Asahi to go out of his way to converse with others, but the boy just doesn't have an interest in it. So without much fanfare Asahi entered the classroom and went to his desk. There he immediately took out his notebook and started to write and doodle about the Guardian One. He had concept art of future designs and upgrades, as well as more technically babble about said upgrades. He also wrote a bit about other students in the margins, however he made sure to be somewhat vague in their descriptions. Partying so anyways reading his kit all doesn't know what he's thinking about others, but also to test himself in the future. Gotta keep a sharp memory at all times.
