[@JBRam2002] I've been an admin of groups over 2000 members large and I think honestly that presence is just as important as taking action. I get what you are saying and I'm not advocating turning moderators into babysitters. But, on the other hand, having moderators interact with the community is a good thing. I definitely prefer it if the moderators were 'one of us' rather than the ivory tower. And they are just too inactive now for my taste to really get that feeling.
