I noticed that I tend to think up characters a lot, so I decided that I'd make a little thread to store most, if not all of them. If you want to start an RP with any of them, just shoot me a PM. I'll be glad to figure something out with you. Most of the characters I come up with are monster girls, so just a bit of a heads-up if that ain't your thing.

Setting: Modern Fantasy(Something like Monster Musume; I'm willing to do a more traditional fantasy setting if asked) Edith...isn't really a people person. She does like chatrooms, yeah, but you don't usually see the other person when using those. Liches have kind of a bad reputation, and Edith isn't the kind of person that likes to be judged based on her race alone. Instead, she wants to be known as a friendly nerd, whose favorite bands are Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult, and Queen. Music makes up a rather big part of her "life", as it allows her to just kick back and relax when she's feeling down. Video games are another pastime of hers, though not as important of one as music. Again, Edith isn't a huge fan of speaking face to face with other people, especially not humans. Nothing against them, it's just that she likes having at least some sort of dignity. Edith also has a black tabby cat named Ozzy that she keeps as a pet. In case she needs someone or something to confide her problems in or cuddle up with, Ozzy is always the first one to come to mind. She owned him for 3 years, ever since he was just a cute little kitten.

Setting: Traditional Fantasy/Modern Fantasy Jam is a very cheerful and easygoing individual, always willing to have a conversation with just about anyone who offers. Unlike most kitsune, she's not very fond of trickery, more fond of just having straightforward and to-the-point interactions. As a result, her fellow kitsune have a...less than positive opinion of her. They can't really stay mad at her for very long, however; not even the most apathetic of people can deny the kitsune's beauty is radiant, nor her happy-go-lucky disposition as being incredibly contagious. She can be a bit forgetful, however, which may be a side effect of her being such a carefree person, or maybe even something else. She runs a liquor shop and indoor hot spring combo with her (much) younger brother, Satoshi, who's just about the cutest little kitsune you could ever imagine. Both of their parents have passed away a long time ago, and Satoshi was adopted, hence their drastically different ages. Speaking of which, Jam considers herself to be rather old-fashioned and traditional about a lot of things, likely because of her age or because of how different and interesting, at least to her, times were way back when. Most would call her an "old hag" or "grandma" because of her affinity for the old days, and Jam simply looks at them and laughs. "Nothing wrong with being old-fashioned," as she often says.

Setting: Modern Fantasy The first thing most people notice about Freya when they first see her is how...unhuman she looks. Her skin is incredibly pale, her hair is a very silvery shade of green, her ears are remarkably long and pointy, and, for some reason, she's almost always seen wearing a choker. However, most people who are aware of her occupation would merely pass it off as the persona she's trying to keep up. Freya is the lead vocalist, bassist and songwriter for Chatterskull, a heavy metal band known for their Alice Cooper-esque live performances, and Freya herself, who is equally Alice Cooper-esque, what with all the make-up she wears and her on-stage antics. Particularly of note is when she removed her head and threw it into the air during a live cover of Jimi Hendrix's Purple Haze, which happened during the song's "'Scuse me while I kiss the sky" stanza. They do more than just covers, however; so far, the band has released two studio albums, their self-titled debut album, and Double-Talking Heads, both of which having, at most, two covers of older metal songs (their debut has covers of Shout At The Devil by Motley Crue and Battery by Metallica, while D-TH has a cover of Symphony of Destruction by Megadeth) out of nine songs total for each album. Freya and the other members of the band have been planning on making a third album ever since Double-Talking Heads was released and saw positive reviews, and are also thinking about touring to promote the record, which is currently nameless. Despite her reputation as the leading lady of a metal band reminiscent of Alice Cooper, Freya is actually a bit of an introvert. It's hard to tell because of how focused she stays while she's performing, but she does suffer from stage fright, and quite frequently at that. Maybe it was because of all the screams she caused when she removed her head during that one live performance. Whatever the case, Freya is a completely different person when she's not performing, being rather soft-spoken and timid and preferring to only interact with people she either likes, is familiar with, or idolizes. On that note, some of her influences include Rob Halford of Judas Priest, Vince Neil and Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue, Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead, Bruce Dickinson and Steve Harris of Iron Maiden, James Hetfield and the late Cliff Burton of Metallica, Jimi Hendrix, Ozzy Osbourne, and, of course, Alice Cooper.

(For her actual appearance, replace the lower half of her body with that of the snake in the background. Alternatively, you can use the image's version of her appearance, and I'll play her as a (somewhat) normal human.) Setting: Traditional Fantasy or Modern Fantasy Most people know Hizuru as "that snake lady who owns a bookstore", and, while that is true, it goes a bit deeper than that. Hizuru herself is a level-headed individual, but she does border on being eccentric at times. She can usually be found reading a book and smoking her favorite pipe either at the front desk of her store or, during afterhours, sitting in her favorite armchair in the back room of the shop. The latter of the two has bookshelves adorned with books not usually found in the main area of the shop, most of which covering somewhat controversial topics. In reality, Hizuru is a witch, and a devout practitioner of her craft at that. Most people who frequent the snake lady's shop would be able to tell entire stories about all the bizarre things that occur inside the bookshop, such as snake heads popping out of pots, books flying around the store, and even the occasional ghost sighting. It's the main draw of her business, which is aptly titled "Hizuru's Fantastical Bookshoppe". People come from all over the world to see if the stories and rumors they've heard are true, and maybe even spend some time with the lady herself. Her main reason for studying the art of witchcraft is to entertain, after all, and it does her well to know that she's succeeded in that regard. However, she has been considering hiring an apprentice or general assistant lately. If she ever manages to find one, they'd certainly be in for quite an experience.
