You should be able to view Hallelujah and its stats. Sure, they do not exactly conform to the rules, but the ability adds an important limiter to the [b]「Stand」[/b]'s functions. The durability part is the difference between the torpor active and inactive, an example situation of it being inactive when receiving a hit would be any blind strike really. If there are changes to be made, I would appreciate to get to know them soon.
