Now I need to get you on Skype at some point and make you say it so I can hear it correctly. Or you just need to come to New York. There's this fabulous restaurant near my place called Carmine's -- best meat lasagna I've ever had. (And they serve food family style, so the plates of it are HUGE, meant to serve 4-6 people at a time.)
