Sounds fair, considering that while he was originally going to be in Apocrypha, he was pulled out due to being overpowered. For his Noble Phantasms, I was thinking Ascalon could have the same side-effect that Siegfried's has whereas attacks of A or higher can pierce through its invincibility after being reduced its damage. For Abyssus Draconis and Interfectum Dracones, I figured they could be sealed into Ascalon until an appropriate trigger happens. If you or anyone else has some other ideas of balance, let me know, as I'm really open to suggestions at the moment, mainly so I can get approved and finally get this show on the road xD
Hm, balancing. Perhaps Lower that defense of Ascalon a little more to around C but it ranks up to A and above (if he's defending the entire city) when combined with his guardian skill depending on the number of people he is protecting. So when he is in the act of protecting others it is stronger through some 'divine' will. Going onto the Draco pair of skills. Just make the spear throwing attack variant much weaker so He doesn't instantly *oneshot* Kiyohime out of the sky as she would be applicable for taking the massive damage boost when in her dragon form and also in the case of Abyssus Draconis. Make it not a transfiguration but more of a marking of the dragon in order to not prevent the silencing of skills/abiltys. Actually yea this is fine enough. Edit: IT was mostly to do with the fact of reducing the fact he can throw the sword for a massive damage attack.
