[@CowboyCommando] Kudos on the OP, it's quite thorough. I don't think I'll be joining- turnbased dicebased roleplaying isn't my thing, I'll play X-Com if I want that- but a tip for ya, if you don't mind a bit of friendly criticism: Distinguish between the need for a comma or a period, and always make sure you don't have sentence fragments. I don't know about others, but it's very... almost disruptive when reading a bunch of your stuff, and you have something like this:
Description of Civilization:Many rumors surround the nature of the Curators, and who their creators might've been. As the Vartauri had found them alone on the planet of Aspiron. A metropolis spanning the the surface and bellow. Tended by the Curators in the hopes that one day, the “Clients” would come. The clients defined as the sentient species of the galaxy. The guidelines, procedures, and actions they took to convince the Vartauri to bring about the first Interstellar Concordance hard coded eons ago.
Several of the sentences in here are written as if they belong to the sentence before them, but they're standalone- and so it doesn't flow very well and kinda messes me up when I read it. It may not be a problem for anyone else, but that's how it is for me. You might instead want to write it similar to this:
Description of Civilization: Many rumors surround the nature of the Curators, and who their creators might've been. [s]As [/s]The Vartauri had found them alone on the planet of Aspiron- a metropolis spanning the the surface and below. Tended by the Curators in the hopes that one day, the “Clients” (as defined as any sentient and intelligent species) would come. [s]The clients defined as the sentient species of the galaxy[/s]. The guidelines, procedures, and actions they took to convince the Vartauri to bring about the first Interstellar Concordance hard coded eons ago.
