Frin wanted to glare at Charles when he joined the conversation out of nowhere. Sure, he had good intentions, but the last thing a nervous person that needed to show strength needed was 2 people watching her back telling 'everything is going to be alright'. However, it helped release something interesting from the girl. What did she mean with that? It didn't really matter as All Might directed them to their new dorms, which looked pretty cool. 

He took the one closest to the showers, since being close to a water source could help to 'cool down' when necessary. He stalled out all his stuff, which wasn't much except some short-sleeved to sleeveless clothes for his time outside of school. He didn't get cold quick because of his Quirk, and on even a bit warmer days he felt hot easily, even more than normal. He knew it was just a feeling and that he was pretty much immune to most temperature changes, especially when the temperature rises, but he found the feeling unsettling anyway.

After putting on his PE uniform, he closed the door behind him and walked out back to All Might. He was getting restless. He knew his Quirk was dangerous, so if whatever they were going to do included using their Quirks, he wanted to have it done as soon as possible. Meanwhile, he saw many people socialising with eachother, including the girl from earlier. He should find some time to talk with her later, about what she said.
