A few moments later another student approached them, Introducing himself as Marius. Dan had hoped to stay more or less isolated so he could scout out the competition, but fate seemed a bit inclined to keep that from happening. Regardless, Marius would probably be a good ally to make.

"Spooky?" Dan asked. That was a new one to be sure. "I guess I can see it, but that's not how people usually describe Blink. I'm Dan, you're the guy that everyone was saying placed pretty high in the entrance right?"

Taking a small breath, he materialized a sphere that encompassed the girl's entire frame and then some. As he didn't prepare for it or anything, he only sustained the stasis for about ten seconds, moving to the other side of the sphere before letting it dissipate. As interesting as seeing Enz completely still was, he simply couldn't see it as natural. 

At least nobody had asked him to explain it, and with the brief period he sustained the sphere even the drawback was almost impossible to observe. Of course, Yamerugo figured Enz probably wouldn't be satisfied as she was in stasis while all this happened. Now that he was behind her, he could at least prove what had happened.
