[@Lord Szall] Aura of Regeneration is a Spell. Based on your allocation of feats you shouldn't be able to have that, so you'll need to change that to a Technique.

Luring Strike will cost 5 Stamina, and Staggering Hook costs 5 Stamina to execute, but it also functions as a debuff, not really keeps them staggered, but more like slowed or weighed down for two of their actions.
