Considering Sarah is in decent physical shape from the crash she probably made it to the stream ahead of most (if not all). So she's probably watching everyone else hobble in her general direction.

EDIT: And I tweaked my post a bit. Nothing major just put her at the stream and added her watching the others come toward the stream.
