[@Darth Squidius]You coincidentally had the same surname of the character I was putting in. I guess I will change his last name since Romano is pretty popular. I am just discussing his concept with the GM currently. I may not even have a villain if his concept isn't approved. I may just work on a vigilante. I just tend to love playing villains more. :hehe

Especially Gotham-style noir villains.
