I will state out now, that neither of my co-gms act without an approval from me. They normally seek a green light through PM for it would be pointless to bring it up if I said no, many of these changes that has happened was simply because we have been brought to light on more information regarding these issues, unless we see a valid reason to worry about such things we do not request for any changes to be done. As such is the case with Lucius we had been given information of prior rping history and had things in his character that had been brought to our attention which is the cause for the change. There was in the end simply two choices and since one involved getting rid of a thing he very much wanted to keep, he changed his quirk to revolve around it. When it comes to any changes to quirks, they are only requested to be made when one of these parts is unknown to us, all their weaknesses and all their Strengths. I personally do not like any 'hidden abilities' inside of them, and I do not like things made to where it could be perfectly abused but disguised so people would not notice. Just by stating these things does not mean your characters can't improve, or people can know everything your character can do. There is no meta gaming in this roleplay, and any caught doing so will be dealt accordingly. We simply desire that nothing is hidden for the integrity of the roleplay and not allow something to appear that could damage the roleplay in unrecoverable ways. Should you have any complaints or see things you believe we have not addressed please state out your fully fledge opinion to us, and we will deal with everything should it be a cause of worry. I normally allow my co-gms to take care of matter involving characters simply because I have trouble stating my mind the proper way on these characters, and keeping track of everything in the roleplay itself is a hard task in itself with this many characters and players. But rest assure that my Co-GMs do not take matters into their own hands without proper approval ahead of time.
