It's only an issue if you eat only MRE for a week or more. Its high calorie, and that CAN mess your bowels up. But I didn't bring 50 MREs with Tobias, more like 7 or 8 tops. And thats just enough to give them energy to move on until they can scavenge food from elsewhere.

That said, GM, if you want to fuck us up, thats a really good way to do it :lol
