[@13900IpForThis] Right... that's way too mature, and doesn't quite fit the Iron Dominion, [i]or[/i] the World Court. For one thing, the Iron Dominion does not tolerate challenges to their hegemony, and so Alfred would have been imprisoned long before he got that stage of wealth, and for a second thing, a big part of the reason that the Dominion's Working Classes are so ok with it is because their leaders don't permit criminals like that to exist in the first place. Human Trafficking, rape, the whole thing, is an automatic and instant death sentence in the Dominion, as well as the Red League.

Another thing is that your character kinda seems a bit too legendary, if you will. He's done too much with himself already - and for that matter, the World Court probably wouldn't employ him.

It IS however a good app overall. I can't quite accept it on account of the allusions to sexual assault, and general overmaturity, but I'd really like you to apply again, either with a modified app or a new one. Try to tone down your character's skills too if you don't mind.
