Well my concept was... well I could link you the unfinished character if you wanna look him over.

Otherwise the concept I had was that he was speed based. Using magic to augment his speed to make his run and jump a lot better than others so that he can make use of his sowrds in a world of guns. SO not exactly MagiTech... but more like mixing magic to augment the use of tech versus augmenting tech directly.
