This was all really starting to get on Maiko's nerves. Aside from the ongoing apathy towards their concerns over this exceedingly suspicious scenario, it seemed like half the people here were just going along with it. Even the detective seemed to lack scepticism about all this. Now everybody was grabbing the little USB things like they were candy. Not taking candy from strangers seemed like a good principle to apply to this scenario too. But it was just getting so frustrating being stonewalled and having no idea what was going on that even Maiko decided it might be a good idea to play along.

Grabbing a USB from the lot for herself, Maiko felt a weird sensation in her left leg. Between what Tsukuyomi claimed and the comments of others, Maiko got the feeling they were supposed to stick them in whatever part of the body "responded". As absurd as it seemed, Maiko did acknowledge it would be unlikely for her leg to start "responding" as a coincidence. "Here goes nothing..." She murmured as she pushed the USB in the area she assumed she was supposed to. Somehow it worked. A freaking USB just slotted into her body. "Um, okay! That happened!" She called out in shock. "I, uh, um.....what now?" She asked. It was bizarre enough to have shoved a USB into her leg, but now she was apparently supposed to use magic. She had no idea what was coming next, but she could only assume it was going to get weirder and weirder.
