It was a stated preference, one you never denied, specifically seeing as it was made in direct response to Pollen weighing in.

If you had a problem with that concern, you were more than free to do so at any point before the start of the fight, you sanctimonious ass. If you were never going to honor my request you should have made it perfectly clear from the start, and  while prefer does not imply the implementation if a strict condition, common fucking sense states if you tell a waiter you'd prefer a booth to a table they're either going to lead you at a booth [i]or explicitly tell you they can't[/i]. For your failure to object to my request you led me to the booth.
