Name: Winter Blanc
Race: Wendigo 
Magic/Ablities: Winter herself has no magic at all, nothing to speak off. So to speak she is completely and utterly comparable to a human besides her increased resistances to any mental manipulation to the degree where she can easily shrug off lower class mental manipulative powers. Her Main powers come not from herself but the cloak she wears, each Wendigo has this cloak that serves as their guardian and turns them from fragile creatures into walking fortresses. 

The Cloak is wholly defensive in nature aiming to protect the Wendigo or whomever else may be within. Effectively, the cloak provides extreme resistances to the environment, by moderating internal temperature in order to prevent the inhabitant from freezing or overheating. The cloak also serves to protect the inhabitants from weaponry and spells however this would require it to complete cover them meaning that they are effectively rendered immobile under the fortification. The cloak is effectively bigger on the inside and capable of changing its size to better help its Wendigo mistress and those she deems she needs to help.

The Wendigo cloak also features it's own set of arms, however the strength of these arms are only as strong as the strongest person inside the cloak. Which usually means they are quite weak just like Winter herself. It also features a protective measure for those gazing inside that aren't the Wendigo, slowly inducing a temporary insanity state rendering them inert and unable to fight. This state wears off after about 5-10 minutes however but it gives the wendigo time to flee.
Equipment: Due to the size of the interior of the cloak, it can be used to store items up to the amount that would fit within a standardised compartment wardrobe. She generally uses it to store food, though it can be used to hide weapons or precious items in the event she is needed to protect an object.

Personality: Winter is a very caring young Wendigo whom wants everyone to be as safe as possible in any scenario that they are in. She is very much a klutz when it comes to it however, if she didn't have such a powerful defense in her coat she wouldn't of lasted very long in any shape of the word. She is very innocent minded even for a Monster Girl, worring not about her appearance beneath the coat or the fact that her overcoat gives a very menacing vibe. She loves mountain climates, blizzards especially.

She for one isn't exactly one to actively seek romance but shes too nice to urn anyone down that wants to try to win her everlasting affection. Though not many have the guts to get around her overcoats protective nature of its inhabitant. While seen in public she continuously wears the overcoat to the point it obscures much of her face, showing only the whiteness of her hair. As she is extremely shy of people and areas she does not know.
She cares but she is sometimes seen as too shy to be of any real usage to any adventure. Though one cannot deny the power of her overcoat.
 
Background: Due to the nature of Wendigo's being extremely good mountain climbers and trekkers, Winter stumbled upon Bart during one of the latters expeditions up the mountains for one of their 'quests' of course noticing that Bart was failing to properly make precautions she decided to help them during one of the many blizzards in her terrain. Leading to her showing herself and eventually joining the guild once she found out about it from the traveller she had saved in order to prevent anyone else that was a part of that organisation or going to be part of that organisation, from encountering more of her... less nice friends whom also dwelled within the mountain.

Safe to say being a Wendigo so far away from the mountains does stand out. So she ends up shrouding herself in her coat to the point the only thing one can see is the wisps of white hair, and the shape of a face reminiscent of a woman peering out from the coat.

Other: My personal favourite monster girls are the winter based ones such as Yetis or Wendigos etc.
