There is no reactor in the factory as it is being powered by Eos at the moment; much like the majority of the Machina fighting. As for Artoria teleporting into the heart of the base; I'm willing to overlook that provided the angry blue Beastkin intercepts her. As another point of notice, the Gamma suit she sucked into her Gates will start damaging and destroying stuff in her Gates. Keep that in mind.

As a note to everyone else, the Machina that were already corrupted in KoL's initial post starting the battle are not spies and do not have access to the factory's systems. This means Demon Players can't use them to hack the base.
