Much like a video game, the higher your character level the more experienced and powerful your character has become. Hit Points (character's life) increase every level, ability scores increase at certain levels, you gain new class abilities, and more spells.

Of course, we'll have to wait and see what [@Game Maker]'s CS for this game will look like and what info we'll need to provide because this will be "dice rolling light" so a typical D&D CS may not be needed.
