[@ShaggyDoo0] Follow up to my critical fail question as I work on character sheets...what happened with a critical success?

 I will allow an Orc in this instance because this sounds hilarious but one of the reasons they were not allowed and Tieflings were not allowed is that it generally makes my life difficult as a GM/DM because they are generally feared by the general public which may make getting some quests harder or even lodging at the local Inn. Dragonborns are allowed because while they are feared they are also generally respected.
