Depends on the person and their morals. For someone in a cult, killing people is considered good, a sacrifice for their God while saving people may be considered a sin. You can't just mark an action as definitive "evil". It is evil for you, yes, but not for others. That scenario relied on the fact that killing a kitten was an ultimate evil but that's wrong. Even killing humans isn't evil. Evil is subjective, we can define what is evil and when is it evil. Changes for everyone. Now to clarify further. Evil people do things that they know are evil and some do it for evil's sake. Good people do things that they know are good. Neutrals don't measure their actions on the scale of good/evil. They just do what benefits them without taking into consideration the morals.
