[@edboy49] In that case, no. All traits, even for the aliens, are a product of their environment. For example, the Brumak home is on Sirius B, a star. Therefore, they have evolved to have skin and scales that can withstand an assault from a tank. For us Humans, we are innovative, able to create weapons unknown to the Brumak, but this does not mean that innovation is necessarily a superpower, it's just what is inherently a part of that species. 

Tldr: No, all species are limited to their own abilities.
