Well, the reasons for a merc leader to need recruits again are myriad. He could need to fill out ranks due to a particularly attrition-heavy job; have suffered significant loss of numbers due to people mustering out to either better jobs, retirement, etc; have suffered a loss of potential recruits [i]and[/i] current members due to a disastrous last job. Mercs tend to be [i]the[/i] highest turnover pool in the job sector for any given period of history.

Ultimately, the decision is yours, but I [i]personally[/i] like the idea of a guy trying to build rep after a bad series of jobs. Makes for a better chance for the "motley" in our crew to be realistic.
