[@ManoftheNorth] No. Neko are still Beastmen. Beastmen, have the word MEN in them. Which means that they would have some part of them human. Beastskin implies something entirely different. It implies someone who is entirely the beast. I play DnD as well and know GMs who allow Nekos and they are considered beast. Neko means cat and Nekomimi simply means Cat Ears. Neko is a shortened form. But beast woman like that are actually considered yokai in japanese mythology. She is more akin to a demon.
