Jizo Uzuwaru Kirgakure [Team 6] Genin Jizo stretched as he woke up, wondering how long he'd been sleep. A dim light reached through the mist that significantly shrouded Kirigakure day to day. Jizo sat up and yawned a bit more before he stood up to head for the door. He had been dreaming of the newest issues of babe magazines that had come in at the local general store and figured he'd make his way down there to look through a few, but never purchasing one. What a freeloader, right? Jizo tugged at the collar of his undershirt as he pulled one arm through his jacket as he pushed through the door of his home. His parents were always working, and for the most part, were never home much during the daytime. If Jizo did ever felt the need to talk to one of them, he'd surely have to do so at their places of work. As Jizo exited the house, pulling his other arm through his jacket, a messenger bird fluttered it's wings before Jizo. He extended his hand to obtain the small message the bird carried, smiling as the bird handed over the message. [Team 2] Ryi Heisui Jizo Uzuwaru Natsume Yuki You are to convene on the morning dew Islet, east of the village. You will await further instructions there. Jizo read the message under his breath as he rolled his eyes. "Great! The day the new issues of the babe mags at the general store come in, I have to actually do work." he mumbled, scratching his head as he let out another big yawn. Getting to meat his sensei and mates excited Jizo but babe mags did as well. The bikinis, the shining sun in the pictures, the smiles on their faces. He figured this is how the women behaved when they were able to feel the warmth of the sun. "Maybe this is why the women here are such meanies. They never get to feel the sun." he'd often say when skimming through the mags before the store owner threw him out for reading without buying. Jizo put his hands in the pocket and began to make his way to the islet on the eastern outskirts of the village. "Why there? he thought to himself as he kicked rocks, lazily dragging his feet up the road through the village. It took him 45 minutes before reaching the islet, a bit longer than it should've. Yeah, the kids one heck of a genin but one heck of a sloth as well. Jizo could see the shaded figures of what looked to be 2 other students on the mass of land in the water. He stretched and proceeded to make his way across the bit of water, hands in his pockets as always. Upon reaching the brown, sandy shore of the island, he was able to get a better look at the figures he struggled to get a look at through the thick mist over the water. They were sparring, putting their skill out for show, and in the most modest fashion from what he could see. Jizo smirked at the sight and scratched his head, looking around for their sensei. He shrugged upon realizing the sensei was nowhere to be found. "Looks like he & I have a bit in common." Jizo said to himself as he crouched down to play in the sand, watching his 2 peers in between. "I'll let them finish before I go barging in." he said, yawning a bit more.
