[@YungTweak] very good idea. My character is sort of new to the city but perhaps [@Genbor] or [@The Angry Goat] 's characters might know him.  Gail would probably be a good option for this, since he deals a lot with other street fiends in procuring various items for his dealings and potions and whatnot.
