[@SkinnyTy]Oh, missed this. Caustic is a serial killer who had a kill order placed on him after killing numerous civilians and then capes down in the bayous. His power works especially well in wet climates, but I don't believe I've disclosed what it is yet.

As for the cage...

I have no idea.

I envision it as an MMA ring, in essence, but I leave the individual imaginings up to the players. We might end up with people assuming it is different sizes, but that shouldn't matter all too much. You want the honest answer? It is as big, small, short and tall as you need it to be =P
