[/quote] The hat is controlled using the contact version of her Mind Transfer False Body Animation jutsu. The inside is lined with her targeting tags, and it's being controlled by her mind. It "flies" similar to an umbrella flying in the wind, and it "eats people" by closing around their body.

The application I'm imagining right now it to allow others to see through the eyes of her animated objects by touching her physical body. I guess that would fall under the Mind Body Transmission Technique though, so I'll just get rid of Sensing Transmission for now.

[/quote] I changed the first custom jutsu to merely be a condition of the second custom jutsu. And to understand how it works, just think of how a golem works. A piece of paper in the mouth bring it to life, and if it's removed the golem becomes inanimate.
