» To start off, charisma. Lucas has a certain eloquence with words that makes what he says seem much more inviting, warm, and agreeable. He knows how to analyze people, figure out what they like to hear. Building off the charisma, Lucas has learned to harness his looks for maximum sex appeal, and in this business, that matters. Looking good is the key to success in entertainment, and Lucas knows exactly how to use his looks to his advantage. Years of working in front of the camera has left it's mark as well. Lucas has picked up some technical knowledge from some of his peers, and the 6 months he spent working with Wade. He's no genius, but he knows enough to get by in case of an emergency.

» Lucas hails from a family where looks were everything. Because of that, he likes to keep himself well groomed. His face is always clean shaven, and his clothes expensive and well pressed. When he walks down the halls, Lucas reads like a much more important person than he is. The swagger, the exuding confidence, he seems like he runs the place, despite being basically an assistant.

» Two words. Man whore. Lucas has been at AWE for only half a year, and already he's gotten himself a rep as the one most likely to wake up in someone else's bed. Boys, girls, other, he's not really picky, as long as it's good. Luckily, his charm outweighs his general sleaziness, and most of those with AWE enjoy him enough to keep him around. He's friendly and hard working, and he respects his job, even if he's not a true fan of the show that gets put out. But hey, money is money and work is work. Lucas is reliable, and for the most part, knows what he's doing. If the worst thing he does is screw a few interns, well, it's not the end of the world.
