Working alongside one of his best friends, Til has all of the creative freedom that he could ever wish for, and he truly gets to enjoy his job. Work doesn’t feel so much like work when you are doing something you are passionate about, and laughing as much as Claire and Tilian do backstage.

[color=62fdce][b]»[/b][/color] As one might expect from any self-respecting member of the #AWEGlamSquad, Tilian certainly looks the part of ‘glam’. The tall blond is always well-dressed, hair coiffed, hands manicured, and face made up. Til is not an extremist by any means, he definitely has a flair for the dramatic, but he is never spotted in clothing that one might described as gaudy or flamboyant — at least, his [i]entire[/i] outfit couldn’t be described in that way. He is not afraid to incorporate new fashion trends or statement pieces into his wardrobe, but such risks are best taken very few at a time, as to not spoil the whole ensemble. As far as hair and makeup goes, that is his profession, it is only appropriate that he advertises his skills on his person; He is his own marketing billboard. Tilian’s natural honey-blonde hair has been paled a few shades by regular lightening treatments, and he occasionally adds in a few streaks of semi-permanent pastel colors, as it suits his mood. When Tilian wears makeup, which is relatively often, it is always tasteful and done to contour and highlight his naturally defined bone structure.

[color=62fdce][b]»[/b][/color] Tilian’s personality leaves no mystery as to why he chose the career path that he did. The young adult is positively vibrant with creativity, it’s obvious just by looking at him and the way that he carries himself that he is an artist of some sort. Better yet, this fount of creativity is paired with a daring boldness, which together managed to snag him a head position in the AWE style team, despite his young age. Tilian isn’t shy about speaking his mind in any situation, or to offer up new ideas, and he has such a charismatic way of doing so that it hardly ever seems forced. His confidence comes naturally and seemingly without effort, often inspiring his friends and colleagues to behave similarly. Positivity is contagious, and Til makes it a personal goal to be a beacon among his friend group, even in stressful situations, and life on the road can often get [i]quite[/i] stressful.

[color=62fdce][b]»[/b][/color] Tilian is the pretty boy of AWE, quite literally, he is the prettiest of [i]most[/i] boys. Now, one might argue that that isn’t the most difficult feat, given that many of the male wrestlers are ripped, rugged, masculine men, but it is a title that Tilian has earned nonetheless, and he embraces it gladly. Aside from his soft, smiley face, Tilian is also known as a gregarious sweetheart — always planning socials, and having an ear out to listen to the wrestlers when they’re going through hard times, and doing his best to cheer them up as much as possible. Tilian is a friend to all and an enemy to very few. Actually, he’s an enemy to none, as far as he knows… unless they’re homophobic?
