[@KazAlkemi] There is no specific age range here because vampires and wolves dont age once they are turned. However, any player summiting a character must have them be a newly turned vampire or werewolf. I will also allow werewolves to have been born instead of turned by a bite, so the character can be in their teens and just coming into their werewolf powers.
